56 year old patient that was bothered by fatty deposit of the back of the neck and desired improvement. She underwent lipo-contouring of the posterior (back) of the neck with minimal incision approach. Sometimes the posterior neck is referred to colloquially as the “buffalo hump”. 3 month after results are shown.
