26 year old muscular male that has significant pubertal gynecomastia much more on right side than left since he was early teenager. He had significant chest asymmetry that bothered him. He underwent excision of glandular gynecomastia with minimal incision approach and lower pole chest wall contouring on both sides. 2 month after results are shown.
