20 year old athlete that developed fullness in the chest with for several years. He was bothered by this puffy nipples and his appearance in golf shirts and tight shirts. 4 month after results are shown. He underwent chest wall lipoplasty with pull through excision of fibrous gynecomastia (left greater than right side) with a severe amount of “hard” fibrous tissue. This was also done through a minimal access incision.
