This is a 22 year old male that was bothered by the appearance of his chest (gynecomastia ) since 12 or 13 and puberty. He did not want to take his shirt off at the pool and was very self conscious about his “puffy nipples” as well. He underwent a minimal incision approach (pull through excision of fibrous gynecomastia) and chest wall lipo-contouring. VERY early result and incision lines are still healing red. 3 month results are shown still with scar fading which will further improve with time. Flattened appearance of the chest and areola in particular is shown with some decrease in the diameter of the areola (without full periareolar incisions).
