This is a 19 year old that desired breast augmentation. She underwent dual-plane subpectoral (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 425 cc moderate profile silicone gel breast implants. Long term 2 ½ year follow up pictures show a natural breast augmentation that fits her frame and stable position of the implant over time.
