This is a 42 year old female with breast volume loss after pregnancy and some breast ptosis (droopiness). She wanted modest volume enhancement to her breasts (very natural) but was did not want a breast lift. She underwent a dual-plane subpectoral breast augmentation with 310cc SRM Natrelle Inspira silicone gel breast implants. Her 6 month after photos are shown with modest, natural breast enhancement without breast lift. The nipple complex elevated slightly with the dual-plane release technique without external breast lift incisions. If at some point, she desires the nipples to be higher in the future, that will require external breast lift incisions.
