This is a 66 year old patient who wears her hair short that was bothered by facial aging especially in her lower face jowls and neck.  She did not want to undergo general anesthesia.  She underwent an office-based face and neck lift with platysmaplasty (tightening of the neck muscles) under local anesthesia with po valium only.  3 month after photos are shown with nice improvement to her neck and platysmal bands as well as jowls and cheeks.
